For being the cheapest headset on the market. It's gotta be one of the toughest out there. Multiple slams on the desk and she is still in one piece working just fine. I've bought $200 headset just to break after one slam. Won't be buying any other headset anymore

I like the headphones, the sound quality and directional audio is fantastic. They are comfy and fit nicely. The only issue is that the splitter didn't seem to work for me so I had to use my old mic via USB. Overall very good, just make sure you have an extra mic if you use one.

The audio jack couldn't consistently connect to my computer, voice volume was so low even after trying every setting I could think of that no one could hear me. I ended up returning it, but I liked the design.

Very nice headset. It has a really long cord and is very comfy. The microphone and go up and down for storing safely. Love the color purple

These are ok... The sound is good but the microphone won't work. I bought these for my son to replace another set that had broken. I think the issue is that the connecting wire from the headset to the wire that connects to the PC just will not push in all the way no matter what we do. I have since purchased another headset for him. But I may try to contact the company to see if we can get a replacement. I would think the whole headset wouldn't work...but it's just the microphone part. I haven't returned them because they're inexpensive and can be used as a backup if needed.
