Actually 1/4 Inch T-Ends
I ordered another one which said it had 1/4 Inch T-Ends but really had 5/16 and was too big for my garage door. Had to do a return. This one actually has 1/4 Inch T-Ends, if that's what you need.

A good seal, although there is better quality available (at similar prices)!
Purchased this door bottom seal in an effort to up-date our garage doors and add a few tiny obstacles to seal off the garage / house from the elements. When the seal arrived, swiftly delivered, the quality looked decent. Once I set out to replace the garage door bottoms with this seal, several issues popped up requiring professional (garage-door) intervention. On arrival, I asked the garage pro to install the seal; he then showed me a seal used by him (same price). That clearly showed to be of considerably sturdier, flexible (in freezing temperatures), watertight material. I then opted to use the bottom seals suggested by the garage door pro. I forgot to ask the brand / type used, for which I apologize. And thus, I cannot comment as to our experience with the seal, but merely the look and feel of the item itself. The material appeared considerably thinner than the seal from the garage door pro, albeit quite flexible. In comparison to the seal I went with, it’ll certainly have a more limited life. Consequently, suggest thoroughly researching the seals available, making price / quality comparisons, as there is better material out there (at an equivalent price), which may extend the life of the seal by several years. As to the actual installation, some will depend on the garage door type, how embedded the old seal is, and (in our case) more finesse than brawn.

Fit Perfectly into 1/4" T-slot With Little Effort!
The 1/4" T-slot size was key. I went to Home Depot, Menards and Lowes and the ones that they carry are for T-slots that are 5/16" or maybe even slightly larger. The packaging does not say this anywhere, they only tell you the width of the seal. I made the mistake of buying one of them and could only get them in an inch or two before getting stuck. I had to trim the entire length and even then I struggled. What a pain! After fighting with one door for over an hour I started researching on Amazon and found this one. This one fit perfect and slid right in snugly. It took me less than 5 minutes for an 8ft single garage door. (It took longer to get the old one out!) I used a can of compressed air to quickly clear the T-slots of any loose dirt. I thought I would need some silicon spray, but I didn't.I STRONGLY recommend measuring the width of the T-slot on your old seal before purchasing anything. I did this after the fact which was a mistake. If you're struggling sliding the seal in, and your T-slot is not too banged up and it is clear of debris, you have the wrong size! Plain and simple.

Does the job very well, no complains
Does the job, no complaints. High enough that it will seal on unlevel slab. Seals good and alittle longer than stated. I have a 20' garage door. Used round pipe insulation to connect two 10' through inside for splicing together. Can not even tell, join tight. Pliable and tough, looks like it will work well in MN winters. I installed when warm out so it will conform right. Stayed perfect for when winter came.

Good quality seal but.....
I bought this garage door bottom seal to replace the worn out one. I have a 10 foot wide Clopay insulated steel clad door. i removed about 3 inches of the old seal so I could measure it. It matched the dimensions of the Auto Care seal. I measured the "T ends" of my old seal and they were 1/4 inch. When the new seal arrived I discovered the "t ends" of the new seal were about 3/16 inch instead of 1/4 inch. I had to pinch the aluminum tracks with a pair of channel locks so the seal would be snug in the tracks and wouldn't fall out. The seal itself looks to be of good quality. Spraying the tracks with silicone spray before installation helps the seal slide easier into the tracks.

does the job
It is what i order and it basicly does the job. I bought this to go on the bottom of a garage door that is probably 20-30 years old(aluminum/fibreglass). The T part that goes into the tracks seems a little narrower than what came out but that was a very minor thing and it seems secure. The one thing i would like to mention is this is only about 50-60% as thick as the seal that i took off the door. It does make if very flexable which is good (because my floor is not quite level) but its thin enough that i am concerned that it will not last a long time but for the price its fine, as i will probably replace the door before the seal.

Good product
Installed easily along the bottom of the door. Slide into the rail holding the T-ends. Measured the groove before buying to make sure the T-ends would fit. Used a little WD-40 to help slide it along the length of the door. Product seems well made, but a little thinner than the one I removed (15 years old). Probably not a problem, but would have liked it a little thicker material. Sealing bottom of door well, water and snow not coming in. Would have given a 5 star if a little thicker, but that just maybe how they are made today.

Easy installation
Garage seal was purchased to replace deteriorating seal. Old seal was cut off and new seal was installed easily. Seems light weight so not sure of durability.

... too thick to go into the rails so its useless and wasted money
Although the width for the T is correct the rubber is too thick to go into the rails so its useless and wasted money

Satisfactory product.
Pretty much what I expected.Slid on to the rail very easily using the suggested soap water method. However the suggested method of fastening it in place by folding back the tag ends into the rail made no sense. I just cut off the surplus flush with the door and called it good. It's pretty snug in the rail so I don't think it will move out of position.
