Get the 2 pack - odds are you'll need it
This adapter WILL do what you want. The problem is that they are finicky and pretty easy to damage when putting the SD in. Do yourself a favor and just get the 2 pack. If you do it right the first time you are AMAZING and maybe you can help a friend!

No more need to buy expensive memory stick duo PS VITA memory sticks
After doing my research on the Internet I found all the documentation necessary to be able to enable the use of this little device. Now I have a 128Gb of memory on my PS VITA to store all the games I ever purchased before the PITA marketplace is shut down. Not only that I can then insert the Micro SD with a USB adapter to my PC to have a copy on my NAS in case the Micro SD degrades after some time so I can use a new one. Fabulous!!!
