Really good

Great pre workout, has given me that bit of a extra boost in the gym, also great for surprising the appetite, been using for over a month and have noticed a difference in focus, and wait loss, a combination of healthy diet, cardio and oxyshed you will start seeing the gains in no time.

Does the job but this flavour is not it!

Try it and u will find out but yes hard-core this one... Was an experience... Might do again but might like the other flavours... individual choice...

Best pre workout I’ve tried and great value for money at the price it is at the moment

I’m in 2 minds writing this review. I feel like this pre has given me a really good pump during the workouts I’ve taken it, on my off(training) days it’s definitely suppressing my appetite and making my digestion faster as well, however. My caffeine tolerance is super high - like I work in a coffee roastery high, I’m used to drinking and tasting plenty of coffee throughout the day but since I’ve taken this pre I can not sleep the night through. I’ll go to bed no problem - but I’ll wake up in the middle of the night 3-4 am and can not go back to sleep. The disturbance in my sleep is pretty much the same timeline as me taking this. Really can’t decide if that’s the reason, or the calorie deficit that I also started at the same time. Side note: it can make your digestion HYPER fast if you get me. Not a bad thing but if you’ve got a sensitive stomach, make sure there’s a toilet around you in the following few hours of you taking this. The flavour is 2/10. :( it genuinely makes me gag sometimes so I end up mixing it with stuff. Wish it was sour instead. I think all in all I’ll go back to the regular oxyshred as this seems to be causing quite a bit of a havoc.

after going the gym. she's told me she has a much better workout and has a greater happier mood. The new tropic added would be my favourite part.

This is not bad at all. Taste is not as bad as other pre workouts I’ve taken. It does give an extra boost but nothing to write home about in terms of the thermogenic effects….. I’m yet to see the effects. But overall good.
