I bought this watch for my son and it's been a great buy. It looks nice, came presented in a box, with instructions etc, ideal for gifting. It has an alarm, a light up function, and a cool little music button with lights, which you can ignore if you'd rather. My Son was turning 12 at the time, and is now 13, so far this watch has lasted him about 18 months and he wears it non stop, so definitely very good value for money! It does say it's waterproof, although we haven't tested that out, but it has had a lot of wear and tear when he's out in the rain and playing football, and it still looks in good condition and still works fine. He's also shot up over the past year and is now taller than me at about 5 ft 8, and an athletic build, and there's still a few more holes on the strap. I think it would probably best suit ages from 10 ish, right up to 16,17,18.I would highly recommend this watch :-)

I bought this watch for my son’s 10th birthday and he’d chosen it. I stupidly didn’t check it properly before giving it to him, but the digits weren’t lighting up properly. Number 3 on the minutes was the worse and you couldn’t see what the correct time was.I sent it back yesterday and re-ordered another one. The second one came with a proper label attached to the watch and the instructions packaged in with it. So I’m sure we were sent a faulty/fake watch the first time.The new watch is working fine. Just hope the refund goes through smoothly. Sending it back via Hermes was an easy process, and it was free.Advice: keep the packaging it came in until you’re sure it’s working fine. You can send it back in the same box.

So, I got this watch because I can’t wear my smart watch in exams and this one was valued at a reasonable price. The watch doesn’t beep on the hour, has 12 hour time settings (but mentions whether its AM or PM.This watch has been really useful- not too small- would definitely fit children from younger ages to older teens. This watch has four settings; regular time, stopwatch, alarm settings and the ability to change the regular time. The Light is very useful and bright (colour green). The mode button beeps but the rest are silent.I would recommend, but you’re definitely getting what you paid for- theres no State-Of-The arts features. Its a fairly plain, good, trusty watch :)

Easy to set up, easy to read and use the alarm. My son likes the colour options and it has survived a few months of wear by a 9 yr boy without any damage, so I'm happy.

Stopped working after 6 months - keeps resetting so displays incorrect time.

Bought for my son who initially loved it. Build is sturdy and the face is a good size with a bright light that evenly illuminates the face. However, after about 8 weeks it started resetting itself occasionally at random intervals. This has now increased to the point where it resets every few days. I just checked and I only had a month to return it which was over before the fault developed. For the price I wasn't expecting to get ten years out of it, but I was hoping for a year or two.

Not the most intuitive but for the price it’s ok, tells the time which is the main function and multi colour backlights are cool
