I had been looking for a really nice jewellery box as a present for my wife for quite a while. I had seen very similar, if not identical, designed jewellery boxes as this for twice this price; so I was surprised to find this one at the price it was. I also did a bit more digging on this product as there were no previous Amazon reviews. All in all I got a strong feeling and decided to take a punt. It was shipped from Korea so delivery took a couple of weeks, but that was expected so no issue. It arrived very well packaged and protected.On removing for inspection it was clear that this was a very nice looking product. It is beautifully petite but ample for the storage of most jewellery items. Very often when you are browsing products, pictures can be deceptive: however in this case it pretty-matched up lovely. This is definitely a quality box. It is finely laminated and has a deep rich mahogany colour in addition to the lovely Mother Of Pearl design. The interior red is not a bright crimson red as the photos suggest, - probably because of the lighting - but it is a deep rich red which works well when you have gold and silver items in the box. Again, the interior is as the photos show: well lined and complimentary to overall design.It looks lovely sitting on the dressing table and as previously noted is petite so does not take up a lot of space. That said it is very eye catching and stands out.I think the price was just about right and I am definitely very pleased with it.

We bought this for someone else.However, we opened it up to see what the quality of the product was like and we were not disappointed.From the packaging to the workmanship everything was of a high standardThe box was packaged in it's own box with excellent protection and it was then packed inside another box with bubble wrap for further protection.We asked for a quicker deliver than what was quoted on Amazon and they obliged without any fuss and it arrived before Christmas in about 3weeks.The quality of the workmanship on the Jewellery box was a high standard and it was very beautiful. We knew immediately the person receiving this as their gift would be so happy with it.We did have a surprise because the box was also musical however, the person who received the box is a fan of the Asian culture and loved that touch.All in all a 10/10 experience and we will buy from them again.

The box was actually deep dark red, which makes it look a lot better. The packaging was nicely done, the box was secured safely. A high quality product for anyone who would like to make a present to their wives / mothers / grandmothers. If you find a right spot for it and look at it during the twilight, you'll be amazed with the playful colors of the cranes and pines.There are few things you should know:1.) The box was sent from Korea, so you'll most likely will have to pay VAT and / or other small taxes. But this is still worth the additional small fees.2.) You'll have to be patient. :) I wasn't, so waiting a month till the case arrival was new to me. But it was worth the wait. Also the staff is very nice to their customers. And patient. :)If I ever need another product for similar occasion, I'll be sure to contact this seller first.P. S. When we've opened the box... that smell of a fresh product mixed with lacquer was awesome! Thank you!

Well it took a while to arrive, but I didn't realise it was coming all the way from Korea! It's an attractive trinket box, well-made and I'm pleased with it.

I want to start off by saying this product is a fantastic gift with excellent quality. But just a word of warning to potential buyers of some added costs to this product. There is approximately £10 for P+P which is fully disclosed to you when you buy the product but I also got hit with a £12 custom charge which I was not expecting (this could be due to my own naivety). But when the item itself only costs around £40, the extra £22 leaves a bitter taste in the mouth as I could have sourced a similar product for £60 in the UK.None of this is the sellers fault and the product itself is great. Im just letting future customers be aware of the extra costs involved.Knocking this one as a lesson learnt.

Looked red not black was cheap looking, so were catches not large enough for items either and arrived too late

Bought as a gift for my daughter. The colour and craftsmanship on the jewellery box is lovely to look at and touch. She was delighted with it. It was delivered late due to postal issues but that was not the vendors fault. Would buy from them again.

Bought for a Christmas present, it is a beautiful product well finished.
