Does the job well. You will not have cramps if you drink lots and lots of water. Great product

I used one teaspoon in half a cup of room temperature water. Let the powder sit for one hour and if will turn into a smoothie texture. I drank this at 8pm (2 hrs after eating) and had a bowel movement in 6.5 hrs (2:30 am). The powder smells and tastes like alfalfa or very grassy. Not pleasant but I can handle it. I am very pleased at how much waste was removed in a short period of hours. I look forward to incorporating senna into my weekly routine to cleanse my body of toxins and bowel waste.

I bought this because I felt like senna teabags weren’t ‘enough’. THIS product is highly effective and the quality is exceptional. I mix a small amount of the finely ground powder (a little bit will do you!) into a camomile tea before bed - it blends well and I actually like the taste as it’s similar to green tea. Whether you’re seeking instant relief and/or as a daily regime to keep yourself ‘moving’ - I recommend this product and will continue to order.

I have tried everything on the market because I have a very SLOW colon. A holistic doctor recommended and OMG, I'm so glad!! It works so well, I'll be putting this on autoship. I doesn't taste great, but when you're desperate to go, you grin and bear it!!
