A wonderful product!!! I have been taking Magnesium Oxide for decades for a variety of reasons - the single most indispensable supplement I take. I had read about the better absorbency and sleep-benefiting of Magnesium Glycinate but could not find a product that wasn't a huge, choking-size pill. I couldn't understand why no one made these in a smaller form factor as I would gladly take more... and then found this product!It is tinier than I even imagined. Maybe the smallest supplement I've seen.I still like the laxative effect of Magnesium Oxide (that Glycinate doesn't possess) that will keep anyone "regular" (I have suggested this to so many friends who have thanked me!) So I take 3 of these Mag Glycinate pills at night along with a 1/2 Mag Oxide (any brand - 250 mg) and 3 Mag Oxide as soon as I wake up for a morning bowel movement shortly thereafter.I also have very bad, chronic insomnia that the Glycinate has definitely helped with (and why I take at night about 15 min before bedtime.)

Great product
I've been taking this for the past six months and they've made a big difference. I suffered from legs cramps and it made it difficult to sleep and now I hardly feel the pain. I highly recommend this product

Super super easy to swallow. Reduced one star b/c the price point is a little high for quantity, but very tiny pills.

Easy on your stomach
Both my husband and I have been taking this for some time. It is not nearly as harsh on our stomach as others have been.

Size matters........to me.
I have absolutely no problem with the contents of the capsules. However, I personally find the miniscule size of the capsules is tedious. I mean it's like one regular size capsule had quadruplets, or possibly quintuplets, or a litter. They are probably a Godsend for people who can't swallow a regular-size pill or capsule.
