purchase this sim car for a kid. it is affordable. customer care was fast and helpfull to get a different number. simple activation process. very fast shipping. work as advertise. no issues. reception is as good as any of the major cell phone carrier.

Hard to setup.. cancelled it three times still got autodrafted... Wasn't even an option to setup they auto.enroll you..worst part doesn't even work in my area no 2g towers left all 4g.

I needed a short term phone, and this was the most efficient way I found. I did not need any frills, and needed anew number just for a short time casual use. It was perfect for my needs. You have to n=be a little technical as you have to manually enter things into the phone settings, but after a quick google search it was fine and up and running. Only comment would that they should make this u=installation process easier.

This product deserves 0 stars for poor customer service.Activated SIM and got phone number right away. However even after 5 days it never worked. Called customer service several times and each time was told that system is down for maintenance.When I tried to look up my account online using the phone number, it said account not found.After not getting any help from customer service for 5 days, I gave up and returned item.I found another no contract service ‘h2o’, bought it at a local store and it activated and worked right away.

Zero stars! Buy a preloaded sim card, but you can't activate it without giving them credit card information.... WTF? Nope

Bought this to use with my kids’ watches. Work fine. Website needs a little work, but I’ve been able to talk to customer service on the phone after a reasonable wait time.

I never write a bad review. I just cut my losses and move on. This is absolutely worthless. T Mobile (Speed talk) customer service is awfuk.I ordered this to go in my son's GPS smart watch. I made sure we had T Mobile service before ordering the card and the watch (we have a store less than 5 miles away) the map shows that we should have "Excellent 4G LTE service" Then I learned that 2G service is unavailable, which I needed for the watch (yeah, I guess that was my fault for assuming) and then got nowhere when I asked for some troubleshooting help. Just kept getting "you have spotty 4G service in your area" even though the map shows "excellent". Anyway...apparantly, you can't go by the map. I won't purchase another one and will go out of my way to warn others.

Got this to put on a spare phone for my kid to use once in a while, as needed. We refuse to give her a phone full time. So it is only for occasional use. I now pay $5 for the service and it just perfect for us. No big commitments or bills, fits our needs perfectly.
