There is some screen flickering issue on low powermode
When the device isn't running on a charger (like all day while my son is attending college classes), the display periodically flickers / flashes all black. This never happens while a power source is connected, so I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware fault. We couldn't return it when we saw it first since he was away at school. Hoping a software update fixes it.

Great service on a great laptop
What I liked most is there were no surprises with this laptop. The only thing I noticed was the USB dock was not sent. Not a big deal for me as I have a Dell docking station. The laptop was in excellent condition and has worked flawlessly.

Defective Laptop - Dell would not honor the warranty
This laptop was delivered on 5 August. On 10 Sept I discovered that it had a bad motherboard. After several attempts to resolve the issue with DELL, the best they would offer me is a used replacement laptop.

IST Hub not recieved and damaged packaging
I bought because i wanted to use it with my setup, and there was supposed to be an adapter for the monitors and normal pendrives, but there was none in the package.The package bubble wrap was also pretty busted, and when i opened it i was scared that it might not be intact the way i assumed it was handled.Great laptop tho.

Part of order missing
Very happy with the computer but did not receive the hub with it so we have not been able to hook it up to our large monitor like we wanted till they get it sent. Kind of disappointing.
