LISTEN UP when i leave reviews they are real!!! This is absolutely the best sweat belt in the world! I have purchased many in my lifetime but don’t nothing work for the big back like this!!! When i say it immediately made me sweat I’m so serious!! I love the lightweight material and the extra strong Velcro it has! It doesn’t roll up at all! It’s really a nice size so it covers your whole torso!! Ladies it doesn’t give the U.G.L.Y bulges at the top of the back by the braw. It covers every roll seriously. I bought it a size bigger just so i can wrap it a lot and the adjustability i want. Definitely worth every penny if you want to unbig your back and belly!

I really like this Sweet Sweat band! The Velcro holds well and stays in place during workouts, and it definitely gets the job done—it makes you sweat without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. It wraps snugly around my stomach but still lets me move freely. It’s been a great addition to my workout routine and helps me feel like I’m getting the most out of my sessions!

It works, I wore this while painting because I was up and down a ladder, just wanted to see if minimal exercise generated heat, and I was soaked after. While wearing the wrap I notice I am thirstier, I'm not sure if this is going to do what I want, but it does make me sweat, so I have hope it will help a little. I love how snug it fits, it's not too tight or too loose and you can adjust the Velcro, but it is quite strong, so once it's stuck it's not budging. I can wear a shirt over it and it looks nice, very comfortable, I'm happy with this purchase.

I never hit the gym without this waist trainer. I like that you can adjust the size to fit snugly without it being too uncomfortable. It definitely gives me the extra sweat boost I've been needing during cardio. I put it on and then wear my high waisted leggings over it. I feel more supported through my core and back, and it stays in place the entire time and doesn't slip or roll up. It's not too bulky either. At first, I was worried about a potential smell from the sweat, but I literally don't smell anything but the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer I use with it (Citrus Mint). After using it consistently, I've noticed a real difference in how much I sweat and how my waist is being defined. If you're trying to shape your waist, this is definitely my highly recommended must have.

Quality:Definitely high quality. Does stay in place instead of having to readjust constantly. I gave 4 stars only because I am unable to get the top part tight enough without having a gap. Mid section and lower ars fit great.

This is the best quality waist trimmer I've ever bought. I think the real reason people buy these is that when you lose weight, the belly can have a little flab to it, and this holds it in place, making exercising feel better with more support The only thing I might change is I wish it had more of a velcro holder to it but not that bad still a great deal worth the money

Does the job everytime! you wanna find real sweat belt this is it! everytime,I’ve go gym or do my walks this does the job and just watch your sweat drip to the floor. Almost that time to buy smaller size for me.
