I like the overall usage of the product. Works well. The mouse sometimes has a drifting issue. Used mostly for educational apps.

Great performance for a home laptop. I like the Windows 10 Pro OS. It’s very much like Windows 7 Pro that I was reluctant to leave.

Trouble with Linux dual boot.
Attempting dual boot Windows/Linux installations can be very troublesome on refurbished laptops. Many of these pcs were leased to corporations and the hard or ssd drives are Bitlockered. If you don't know or have a key to that you will be very frustrated trying to partition the drives on these pcs. I spent weeks trying before I learned about Bitlocker. Do your homework.

Bad battery
Every thing works well minus the battery goes from 50% to 7 in two seconds

Had no wifi, had to buy an aftermarket usb wifi adapter to use the computer
Cheap, not as described, everything was out of date (drivers, updates, ect), has no wifi capability even though the description specifically said that it did.
