First, I would like to mention what this product is NOT. It is not the end all be all of chest exercise products. What it is; a great tool for creating a fuller looking chest. I love to use it as a finisher for my upper body days. The angle which you activate your muscles along with the constant tension created by the hydraulic press; creates a burn in new muscles activated. You gotta try this thing out!
