great tool!
I used this to make gluten-free sourdough, which is rice-based. It is nice because I let the dough proof in the mold and then baked it in it as well. It does not stick at any point, and that is excellent. The batch that I have pictured was a little dry on top, but that was my fault. I should have added humidity when proofing. Overall, for the price, it is a great little tool to have in your bread arsenal.

Small but Mighty!
This silicone bread bowl/baker will produce a lovely small loaf of bread. (2 1/2 to 3 cup loaf). The fact that I can mix, proof, and bake all in one container is wonderful!! If you are into fancy scoring designs just move along, this is not for you. But if you are baking for one or two this is perfect. And the fact that it is not back breaking like a dutch oven is a selling point in itself. It washes up quick in the dishwasher or by hand. And takes minimal space, you can even fold it up and fit into a very small space. The only problem I see is that I only purchased one. I really want one or two more.

Teeny tiny
I'm not impressed by the packaging, it came folded up in a brown plain box… It doesn't feel like a great purchase. On top of that it's really small, I don't think you could make more than like a six or 7 inch loaf of bread in this. I'm used to using my Dutch oven which I thought this was a replacement for. I don't believe it's even the 13 inches long that the ad claims.

Lightweight
Very thin material, compared to a different one I bought. Very flimsy.

Bake empty then wash before using
I’ve learned to pre-bake all silicone bakeware before using it. Some of them have no issues. This one created quite a bit of smoke though. Even if you washed it beforehand, wash it again after. I baked it for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.Update: I liked the mold so much that I came back for another, but then I realized there were other sellers with better prices, so I bought 2 from one of them instead. After receiving those, I decided this one, while identical in make, should have a star removed for the way it’s shipped. It was curled as tightly as possible and folded in half. I hoped that over time the shape would fix itself because it’s silicone and my other silicone bakeware can handle being warped for weeks and spring back into proper shape. Perhaps it was curled and folded too soon after being made. I don’t know. I will say it functions mostly fine, but it doesn’t look as smooth as the other 2 I bought and is a little annoying to deal with because, unlike them, it curls excessively, causing more than a slight crease in the resulting bread. It’s honestly not a big deal to me, but if you want the mold to look as pictured and offer maximum room for smoothest results, order from another seller. For reference, the closest loaf pictured was from this mold. All 3 loaves came from the same dough, so all were identical, exactly the same weight, and handled and treated the same way.The recipe I used was for 2 basic loaves (but 20% whole wheat flour and 10g more water) as per Bake With Jack on YouTube. After the first proofing (overnight in the fridge), I divided the dough in 3. The resulting loaves are roughly the same size as what I get from my regular loaf pans though the shape is different. YMMV, but I prefer these molds over my loaf pans.

Makes great bread
I was willing to take a chance on this product that i saw advertised on a website for 4 times as much elsewhere. I found this, still 100% silicone and tried it. Makes a wonderful brown loaf the shape of a football and is awesome! Worth it!
