I ordered these PEKYBIO Polystyrene Serological Pipettes to use for photographic chemicals. There are a number of different film developers I use that must be diluted with water at 25-, 50-, or even 100-1. Pouring precise amounts of developer from a bottle into a graduated cylinder is hard to do, particularly when the developer is the consistency of syrup. I've tried using syringes, but syringes that are large enough to hold the amount of developer I use are often too thick to fit into the opening of the bottle of developer. These pipettes are a much better solution. The opening on these pipettes is large enough to allow even the most viscous developer to enter. It is easy to control the amount of liquid in the pipette, and if I get too much it's easy to let it out back into the bottle. With a capacity of 25ml, these are perfect for my use. Keep in mind that you can't use these pipettes for less than 2ml of liquid.

These serological pipettes are of excellent quality. I have purchased products from this brand before and have always been satisfied. Each pipette comes individually packaged and labeled as sterile. The packaging is of high quality, which instills confidence in their sterility. The pipettes are conveniently stored in a reusable plastic box, which can also be used as a handy dispenser when the side is cut. They fit my electric pipette perfectly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely reorder from this listing in the future. The price of $25 for 50 pieces of the 10 milliliter pipettes is very reasonable. I confidently give these pipettes a 5-star rating.

I've used these type of pipettes for over 20 years - the box these came in was good - plastic rather than just cardboard. I've not used them yet but I am sure they'll be good - they are also very well priced when compared with scientific supply companies prices. I will update after I've tried them out.
