I think if you just follow the instructions… it will taste like flour and water. lol I mix my half with butter flavored insta potato for a nice texture and flavor.. but I’m still new to it , I’m missing something else.. maybe chicken broth instead of water. If you know what to do with it great. But as is ….it’s a flour ball.

the original plantain fufu use to be real dark chocolate color with nice aroma and taste. i used to make it from scratch in Nigeria. It was never golden color. may be color enhancer is added. i shall try and make it during summer because the green plantain needs a lot of sun to dry before grinding and sift.

I made fufu by boiling water in my water boiler tea pot, then mixing it in a cooking pot with 2 cups of this fufu powder- poured enough to make it a dough, then added a little more water in the pot to cook the dough for 3 minutes each side. I then added it to my groundnut stew with bell peppers and natural peanut butter and all the ingredients and spices. I love this stuff and so does my man. Please never stop making this natural fufu flour, without preservatives <3

It’s an instant version of fufu a starch food that eats well with soups and stews ! The price is great if you are originally African and thinking the distance lol. Satisfied !

This product is too hard irrespective of how much water you add the stair. After taken if from fire, within few minutes it becomes very hard. Fufu is my favorite but this particular is almost discouraging me from liking fufu. I have used 1 out of the 4 boxes as at now and I don't know what to do with the rest. It does not value for money. The manufacturer company should reconsider this product
