Not as good as her others
I am almost 54, have tons of workout dvds and I do like most of Cathe's that I haveThis one I feel like not enough sets and you really have to go very heavy to feel something. Only two sets of 3 exercise's. Also wasted 2 min breaks for them trying to change weights every time just didnt flow that great too slow.So I would say just OKAY must use heavy weights and maybe add on another set to feel something but just basic excercises for full body woudl say good for beginners
