This is the best conditioner I’ve ever used!! No doubt about it!!

This made my hair hard and tangled

Very thick product but your hair feels great after use.

I've got really mixed feelings about this conditioner from Africa. First, the box it comes in appears to have the bottom ripped off intentionally which is really strange. The expiration date on the bottle is far into the future, though. The directions are basic, but they say to invert the bottle for ten minutes prior to using. Seems very strange, since it's very thick. Why not just shake it?I used as directed and was second guessing that a different product was in this bottle rather than a conditioner. It is extremely gritty and a bit difficult to massage through the hair. It seemed to do nothing for the tangles.But that said, it rinsed out well, and surprisingly, my comb ran easily through my fine, tangly hair. It dried to a smooth, manageable finish with shine and reduced frizz.That was my first use. I am at that age where hair starts to fall out in some women, including myself. I will continue to use to see if this conditioner encourages hair growth. Three uses is the claim this product has to see results.
