I haven’t gotten to use the balloons yet so I’m not sure of the quality but everything is just as pictured, I’m going to have one happy 2 year old!!

Great banner, easily popped balloons
I bought the decorations for my son’s birthday. The banner was one of the best I’ve used; sturdy letters with the ribbon already attached. The balloons look great but pop very easily. We have lost a quarter of them because they have popped spontaneously.

Great Kit! Banner comes pre strung!
We buy decor kits every birthday and this one is by far the best. The banner came pre strung! This saved us a headache and about 5 mins of looping a ribbon through. Might not seem like a big deal but it's huge when you are scrambling to throw up decorations for a 5 year old birthday party! Our little man loved everything
