Perfect size but….
I have trouble holding mugs so I got this instead and it’s perfect for me. However, the lid sucks. Whatever I’m drinking dribbles down the front in between the lid seal and the lip of the tumbler so I mainly use it with the lid off.

Smaller than described
Because of the lid the item has less than 16 ounce. I am now ordering same product but 20 ounce mug

Pretty tumbler however the lid is not leakproof
Perfect size however, it is not spill/leakproof. It is not ideal for traveling if you need to take it on the go.Will be returning

16 oz Really Holds 12 oz
I like my new Hydro Flask Tumbler. However, I wish I had known how much it really (functionally) holds! It is listed as 16 ounces and you can get 16 ounces of liquid in it--filled right to the brim almost to overflowing. You can't put 16 ounces in it and put the lid on or carry it anywhere. I've attached a photo of my 16 ounce tumbler with 12 ounces of hot chocolate in it (carefully/accurately measured). Even with 12 ounces you can't put the lid on without it touching the liquid.Other comments... The lid is splash proof, not leak proof. It will leak if you don't keep it upright, but it's fine for what I wanted to use it for. Holding it is nice. Some of the similar tumblers by other manufacturers are too big for me to hold comfortably. It fits in my cupholders in both vehicles. I like that it's dishwasher safe.So my advice is to size up if you want one of these that holds 16 ounces...otherwise a good tumbler.
