Q: How accurate is the temperature control on this?. The item I have looks similar, and between 3 and 4 its either tepid or sizzling. Can this simmer?

3-4 is hot and sizzling but turn down to between 1-2 and you can simmer gently. Hope this helps. I love this wok.

Q: My heat control seems to be broken cuz only I turn it up to above 5 can I see the red light

The red light indicates the unit is heating up, not when it’s reached the temp, therefor when not lit it is either too hot or at the set temp, therefore once at the set temp the light will come on again as you use it to Indicate heating

Q: How do i get the wok with a Spanish plug?

We can supply you with an eye plug, however if shipping to Spain we cannot guarantee when this is likely to arrive due to the current crisis. If U.K. we are still running as normal and offer a 24h service, please let me know ASAP as we have these both with U.K. and EU plugs currently. Thanks Stephen
