Works great. Be sure to stop the mixer to add flour a bit at a time or you will make a mess. A small spatula will push the dough right off the hook very easily. Almost as easy as using a bread machine, but you get a loaf shape and no beater making a hole in the bottom. Cheap at twice the price! Have been using it every few days since I got it, for bread, dinner rolls, and, very soon, pizza!

This stainless steel dough hook attaches easily without any problem, it mixes the dough well, and it’s easy to clean.

This is a well-made sturdy beater that fit seamlessly with my KitchenAid stand mixer. The original beaters were chipping, even though I hand wash them this is a solid piece and I’m sure will not chip with continued use. This is a great purchase.

The factory supplied dough hook has an white enamel finish which chips oof very easily. This stainless steel hook should have been supplied with the machine. Now there is no worry about enamel chips entering the dough being made.

I use a dough hook a lot. And this is a great quality one. It functions the way I want and would expect. I also like it is full Stainless steel so no chipping of the coating
