Sleek product and Neat Installation
The product was delivered on time and arrived with good packaging. Booking of installation was time consuming as they install only during working hours i.e. between 9am to 6pm.The installation engineer did his job Neat and Clean in under 20 minutes.

Beware of Racold Geysers: Unreliable Performance and Endless Repairs
I purchased a Racold geyser with high expectations, given the brand's reputation, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Over the last 1.5 months, I've had to file 6-7 complaints regarding persistent issues with the product.Problems Faced:1. Frequent Tripping: The geyser trips repeatedly, often within minutes of use, disrupting the heating process and making it unreliable.2. Low Heating: Even when it stays on, the heating performance is subpar. It takes an unusually long time to heat water, and the temperature often doesn't reach the desired level.3. Inconsistent Performance: Some days, it barely heats the water at all, and other days, it shuts off entirely.4. Customer Service Delays: While the service team has responded to complaints, the resolution has been temporary at best. The same issues resurface within days of repair.Although the technicians were polite, the root cause of the issues seems to remain unaddressed. Each visit results in a quick fix, but no permanent solution. It's been a cycle of repeated breakdowns and constant follow-ups.For a product priced at a premium, I expected durability and reliable performance, but this geyser has proven to be a poor investment. I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for hassle-free usage. Until Racold resolves these quality and service concerns, I would advise looking at other brands.
