Moondrop Space Travel TWS Earphone Bluetooth 5.3 Noise Canceling True Wireless Stereo IEMs

These sound unreal, as a producer I use beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro Headphones, and these little things manage to produce similar levels of clarity and richness for £100 less. They are a just tad light on the bass, so I put phone eartips on and now they're literally perfect. Battery lasts long too and the fit is nice. There's only 2 drawbacks. First is that the case is open at the top, so if it's in your pocket/bag and there's crumbs or anything in there, they tend to get a bit dirty too, but they sell a case separately, or you can keep them somewhere clean. The other draw back is, i live in London and commute via underground often. The volume levels there go to 90-110dbs in some places, i found once the external volume reaches around 87dbs the noise cancelling microphones start clipping and you end up with a choppy kinda sound. So just be weary they're not gonna handle everything! But for environments like offices etc the noise cancelling is perfect.

Nothing else will compete at this pricepoint. Sound quality is fantastic, the case is really quite convenient considering the unusual design - I love being able to just pop them out into my hand, though I do often try to put them back in the wrong way round. Touch controls are finicky but workable. ANC is easily good enough considering, though it's horrible under wind conditions, and the passthrough setting is quite obnoxious. Anime voice may be a dealbreaker for you, but I just find it amusing. She sounds so disappointed when you 'disucornnected... :(' Excellent buy. Get the additional leather case if you're chucking these in a bag etc regularly. Really, nothing else will be better for the money.

I'm honestly undecided between 3-stars and 4-stars, but for its price, the Moondrop Space Travels are pretty good. They sound super clear, the touch controls are work fine (with one caveat), and the battery life is pretty good. The looser fit in the ear is great if you dislike the pressure you feel from deeper fits on other buds, and their design is definitely far more stylish than your typical earbud, especially at this price point - which is very competitive, especially for the sound quality. However, as with anything, there are some issues. The design of the case is great for having out on a desk, but awful for actually taking the earbuds out, and then putting them back in. You have to use your fingernails to pull them out, which means that if you have short fingernails, or if you're wearing gloves, you'll struggle to free them. Getting them out feels fiddly, and due to the open sides, there have been times when my grip has slipped and I've accidentally pinged one onto the ground. Getting them back in isn't any better, as you have to line up the base of the stems with their respective holes, and again, it's quite fiddly to do. The touch controls are nice, and you can customise them to an extent with the app, but it would also be nice to be able to have everything - pause/play, next song, previous song, etc. - on a single earbud, as it can be awkward to operate them one-handed, and since I'm not one to use voice assistants, it's a wasted opportunity. On the topic of voices, to some, the anime girl noises may be appealing, but to so, so many others, it's just annoying, and a shame that it can't either be swapped out, or disabled entirely. The ANC and transparent modes work fairly well - especially considering the price point - however, the microphones they rely on have next to - or simply no - wind filter, meaning that if you're somewhere with even a slight breeze - or even just walking quickly, let alone jogging or running - you'll get an awful lot of noise from it, which largely defeats the purpose. If you're using them in class or in the office or anywhere indoors (and away from fans/AC), you'll be fine, but if the air is moving, you'll hear about it. My biggest gripe with the Moondrop Space Travels, however, has to be the connectivity. The range is fine, and I've never had either one or both of them disconnect randomly. The issue is with sound quality. For the most part, they sound incredibly clear - something very welcome at this price point - however, the sound quality can sometimes randomly deteriorate, and will stay in an awful, compressed, tinny way for ages even if you have your phone or other connected device in clear view of both of them. I haven't encountered this issue with other devices before, and while you can technically still hear your music, it's incredibly frustrating, and effectively ruins the experience. At times, I would have rated the Moondrop Space Travels at barely 2-stars, primarily because of the audio quality drops caused by connectivity issues. However, when they work properly - which is the majority of the time - and when you take into account just how pleasant these sound at such a relatively low cost, it's hard not to want to raise the rating. In some ways (such as the audio drops), you are getting what you paid for. In many other ways, however (the actual audio quality, battery life, design, etc.), you are getting far more than price suggests. While the issues I've mentioned do drag them down, they're simply good enough at this price point to keep them from a 3-star rating, at least for me.

Well, these are better than expected! They're not as cheap feeling as I had been led to believe, if I hadn't bought them myself there's no way I would have known the cost from touch alone. There's no lid on the charge box, as has been mentioned maaaany times, but the optional extra of the leather case is a genuinely pleasing solution. Incidentally, there's been complaints that is difficult to get the buds out of the charger. Nope, there's a little lip on the buds that you can slip your nail under and out they pop with no problem. It's obviously super important to pick the right tip to make sure they fit properly in your ears. Without a good fit they sound extremely flat in a bad way and cheap. Get the right fit though and suddenly they start sounding pretty great. I thought still just a little poor in the mids personally. To my ear, they are pretty close to flat though, with a slight kick in bass. So crack up your favourite equaliser, because the app that goes with these earbuds is so basic it's an insult to basic. I used Flow, because it's easy to use, and all of a sudden these buds just improve massively. My hearing is old now, so I had to adjust the trebles and mid bass through mids, and I'm really happy with them. They take a virtualiser well, but adding gain for loudness is a terrible idea and leads to considerable distortion. I don't want a monitor sound when listening for fun, I want something a little lively. And these buds manage either quite well. I've used a wide range of high end to low end headphones and mid to low end buds. These buds punch well above their weight, not perfect, need fiddling to taste with in an EQ, but genuinely not bad at all.

I bought these in the hopes that they'll work with my alien ears, and they do! Good fit and seal and only fall out with excessive headbanging. The sound is very good! Maybe even better than my old Jaybird Vistas. Decent bass and voices are nice and clear. The ANC is very good and even at my noise workplace the ANC works excellent. They passive isolation however isn't that good on their own. Sound pass trough modes add a lot of hissing in a high noise environment, so that is one downside. One weak spot for the ANC is high frequenzies emitted by things like ultrasonic cleaners. I can't get within 2 meters of my tiny cleaner with any of the ANC/pass features, it starts crackling like crazy static. The battery is pretty damn good. I get about 3 1/2 to 4h with ANC+playback, ANC always on and playback sometimes paused for talk. BT connectivity has been flawless so far, but calls have been a hit and miss. Some people say it's good, some can't understand me clearly. One big issue is the controlls and audio featback. You have audio prompts when switching between modes or low battery. Hower, even in a quiet room you don't hear anything. Way to quiet, as if a baby is whispering you thing across a room... and no way to make it louder. The controlls are touch on the stem. I manage to play/pause/skip about every other tap. So far my rating for the buds themself: - Sound 8/10 - Battery 8/10 - ANC 6.5/10 - Passtrough 4/10 - BT 10/10 - Calls 6/10 - Fit 7/10 - Prompts/controlls 3/10 Now the big pill of poop that is the charging case. It looks good, is crap. It's not covering your buds, so they get lint all over them. It's a paint to get the buds in and out since you have to slide in the stem all the way down and not have it tillt. Taking them out is only possible by shaking or squezing the stem to the top, which can active some functions like change track or dissable ANC untril you manage them out somehow... Very ugly engineering here. But for the price... you don't get any better buds imo.

ok so here goes very brief summary on the moondrops , very basic case design no lid and no fancy wireless charge as for case charge approx 12 hrs in total so maybe 3 /4 chrges of buds which only hold around 4 and half hours max , now moving onto what the earphones fit like for me the silicone provided tips work fine but i prefer comply foam tips which i purchased separate once you find the fit these stay put in ears and are comfortable , as for the design standard airbuds style design nothing fancy but just ok . now there is an app its nothing fancy and very basic no eq changes as in graph slides just three modes reference basshead and monitor all with slightly different sound changes but enough to give some change to sound signature , which is where these things shine i have in my collection the sony xm4 and its fair to say they are fantastic i also have had evo buds from one more also very good , well let me just say the moondrops are very close to sounding as good as the evo maybe less detailed but very good indeed , and sound deep in bass as close to the sony which maybe does go a bit further down the scale but we are talking about a set of 25 pound earphones , the anc on off and hear-through modes work ok nothing special and personally these are not really for running or cycling i have tried and they fall down in those areas , i never bought them for outdoor sport use , using in enviroments where there is less noise they are fine and sound detailed not to bright and with a nice bass impact not heavy slams but a nice thud , overall what you are getting is a very clean sounding set of earphones not massive in loudness and have a very good tuning sound , no fancy case or special features app is basic and has some flaws but for 25 pounds these are still wonderful sounding for the price .

I don't normally leave product reviews but these things are not just great for the price, they are just great in their own right. Sure, the design and materials are a bit cheap and marmite divisive but at least they look a bit different to the sea of apple-esque airpod wannabe's and I actually quite like them because they are a little different. Also the voice assistants are a bit annoying and noise cancellation is just decent, not great but still worth having. The accompanying app is naff and battery life is low by today's s standards but saying that 4 hours is plenty for me. I bought these as a replacnt for a set of Sony's that I lost after just a few weeks so didn't want to spend a lot. The Sony's had them beat in every category except one, sound quality. I put some foam tips on them from the get go and was instantly impressed. They are not audiophile earbuds but they are very well tuned across the frequencies. The aforementioned app has 3 preloaded equalisation settings, Reference, Basshead, Monitor, I can't really hear a huge difference between Reference and Monitor, Basshead is my favourite although actual Bassheads may be left wanting but personally I love it, taught without being bloated and muddy. The tuning mids and highs are also very well judged allowing room for a surprising amount of details to come through, again not audiophile but very, very enjoyable nonetheless. To my ears at least they left the Sony's standing when it comes to sound quality which is even more remarkable when you take into consideration that they cost roughly a quarter of what they I paid for the Sony's. It's not only the Sony's that they leave trailing with sound quality, for me they beat many earbuds from Master and Dynamic, RHA, Sennhiesser and apple airpods and apple airpod which sell for around 8 times a much as the Moondrop. Just buy a pair!

Absolutely love these earbuds and cannot be beat on sound quality for the money, only reason its not 5/5 stars is the call quality and microphone performance. Great battery life performance, enough to cover my day to day commute. The tips that came pre installed fits my ears perfectly and very comfortable. Easy touch controls to quickly turn on and off Noise Cancellation (which btw amazing for this price) Overall very happy and will be sticking with this brand in future.
