More gentle to hair than traditional hair dyes.
I'm not a hairdresser but have been applying L'oreal Inoa myself for about 3 years. The bottle of oxidant lasts for ages (you need to buy this separately). Three years on and I still have the first one I bought. It took me a few attempts until I found the perfect colour. It makes no mess, doesn't smell or stain. I apply it without gloves on and have never had a stain on my hands or hairline. My hair looks great and the colour doesn't fade. I only retouch the routes. Why use traditional hair colour with ammonia when this is available? I know there are other hair dyes without ammonia in the market as well. I've never used them so can't compare.

Number 6 - ash brown colour
I like this, its perfect for me because I know these colours, however.... if u wanted a dark blonde u would be horrified, as this is more like a medium to dark brown !Yes these come out darker than they say.So go by the numbers not the description.50% colour 50% developer, mix together, 25 mins later, wash off. U have to buy the developer separately, but that comes in a larger bottle and literally lasts for over a year.This colour has no red tones !!!!Repeat ..... no red tones !!!Finally !Ash brown, here it is , right here !Enjoy !

Color turned out to be something else and fading
I am not happy with the quality of the product.I didn't get the intended color and it's fading super quick like in a week's time.Not sure if I would have the confidence to buy this product again.I am in fix since I have bought the oxidizer too.Really very much disappointed.

No smell or burning - a good light blonde
I’m not a professional, but I don’t find this difficult to use. I mix the colourant with INOA developer and leave on for 30’. Totally unscented, gentle colouring experience. I will never go back to the stinking, stinging ones! 10.21 is a very light blonde: colour-wise, it’s pretty much the same as the ones you get in the shops. On dark blonde hair you’ll get a bright, light blonde, not too brassy but not as pure as bleach. A good way of lightening your roots, if bleached hair is growing out. Very satisfied.
