I bought this to strain protein shakes to check for lumps, works great and gives me precise of mind that I won’t accidentally drink lumps.

Strains well.

I needed a smaller and finer strainer for quinoa and this worked perfectly. Great for smaller grains that fall through traditional strainers. Nice and sturdy.

This strainer is just right for rinsing small grains and seed like quinoa or brocolli seeds. It holds the seeds/grains while letting them drain quickly. It would also be good for dusting sugar on baked goods. At 5.5” this is sort of a small medium size, working with tiny quantities up to small. I have a small strainer that isn't always big enough fot draining olives and such. This has enough room. It is light weight but not at all flimsy. The handle is long enough to keep your hand away from steam. It has a loop on the opposite side of the handle so that the strainer can rest over a bowl or pot. There seems to be enough gap between the rim and mesh that little stuff could get caught, but I can certainly live with that. It's going to be getting plenty of use.

I ordered this to strain the seeds from our berry smoothies and it works great.

it's quite small, but very useful

This strainer is as described. I like it for making a pot of tea: the strainer cleans more readily than do my purpose built tea balls and spoons.

I got this to handle smaller straining/sifting jobs like dusting powdered sugar when baking. I have other find mesh strainers, but they are rather large. I liked this item as soon as I opened it from the package. It seems to be the perfect size with the same mesh as my other strainers. The package came sort of "smooshed" but the mesh easily pushed back into shape. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for a smaller-sized fine mesh strainer.Pros:+It's made of quality stainless steel. This makes it attractive and easy to clean.+The mesh has a flexibility to it, which allowed me to push it back into shape after it got flattened with shipping/handling.+The handle is a decent size and also made of stainless steel. I appreciate that because I have another one with a silicone handle. I prefer the stainless steel.+It has a loop at the top for storage or to even balance it on top of a mixing bowl.Cons: I see none. This is a decent quality, fine mesh strainer and is exactly the size that I was looking for.
