Yes. This splits the left and right signals into two separate plugs. If your output from your pre amp is a stereo trs 1/4" and your input into your amp is mono ts 1/4" for each channel, this will work (cheap lead - may not survive repeated installing/uninstalling, but I'm happy as it's just plugged in and left).
