Been taking these for over a year now and they definitely help with my hair. As I have pcos I have very fragile hair but when I started taking these I noticed straight away how my hair stopped falling out so much. To make sure I wasn’t going crazy I stopped and started these gummies twice and each time I stopped my hair would start falling out like crazy. Definitely recommend. Easy to take and taste nice

Definitely seen a difference in nail growth, they feel so much stronger, not sure about the hair though

These gummies taste good however I’m not sure if they are working I can’t tell if my hair or nails are better or not from taking them they could be a placebo

These gummies are quite expensive compared to most, especially as you are recommended to take 2 a day. However I have noticed an improvement in my nails. They definitely seem stronger. I do suffer with quite a bit of hair loss and I can’t say I have noticed a difference there yet but I am hopeful these will help. My skin is nice and clear and I haven’t noticed any adverse effects. They taste lovely with a raspberry flavour. I really like them and would probably get more if I notice an improvement in my hair loss.
