My go to
All the people complaining about transfer - let. It. Dry. Of course it’s gonna be on your lids if you blink like a dummy or squeeze your eyes closed immediately. It needs to dry. Get a fan for 20 seconds.This is the only mascara I use and I love it.

I like the way my lashes look using g it. It goes on smooth and easy. It doesn't clump up.

This held up a few times of me crying a little bit, but ran all over my face while we were out tubing. Not the best. I love the way that the mascara looks, just expected more from Tarte in terms of being waterproof.
