Got this because standard backpacks are bulkier than I need for my work commute. This bag has an attractive design and seems well-made. Unlike other small backpacks, it has a good number of pouches. Inside the main compartment there is an open pouch for an iPad type device and a small zip pouch like a flap. On the outside of the bag there is a genius kangaroo type pouch with a simple buckle that is perfect for easily accessing a hat or gloves in winter. There is also a small zip pouch on the front AND a more hidden zip pouch on the back! It also has mesh compartments on the sides that will fit a water bottle as long as it's a narrow one. The reflector strips are a nice touch for those of us who walk a lot in the dark too. Overall, I just love the size and weight of the bag and the amount of stuff it holds. I'm happy with the black color, and the design feels more elevated than you see with other bags at this price. Excellent product.

We always bring a small, foldable backpack on our overseas trips for two reasons: 1) De-loading our carry-on luggage if necessary, and 2). They're very useful for those quick excursions or side trips.This may not be the lightest 10L backpack we've owned, but the quality is comparable for a fraction of the price of well-known brands.And it's well-designed and constructed for convenience and security.We like the back (hidden) pocket and the double-zippers on the inside pocket - they're especially useful in areas where pickpockets prey on people with backpacks.The double-zippered inner pocket also serves as the pouch when folding it up for storage. Although folding it up is not easy as it looks in their videos -especially when the pack is relatively new as the fabric or material is a bit stiff.It's not a big deal, though, as the bag is lightweight, folds flat, and hardly takes up space in one's luggage when empty.Although the outer shell is rated as water-resistant, it's not waterproof.The zippers -though not YKKs- are wide and glide smoothly, and have big end loops for using a small cable lock for added security. But the outside zippers aren't concealed or covered and are also likely non-waterproof -- water seepage can occur during a long, heavy downpour.We're inclined to deduct a star from our final rating due to its being non-waterproof, but in consideration of all the convenient features it has, comes in a choice of four (4) colors, plus a budget-friendly tag, this backpack deserves a 5-star rating,We're still unsure how the pack will hold up after a few months of constant use under max load.But judging by how well it's made, this could last a few seasons.We genuinely like this 10L backpack for its size, affordability, craftsmanship & security features.

This backpack was good for small items but if you are broad shouldered, the straps rubbed and blistered my skin on a 7mile hike. Not something I was looking forward to.

Sometimes you want to go on a short walk or hike. You want to bring certain things with you but you don't want to hold it in your hands and you don't want to bring a cumbersome backpack. This is the perfect solution. Not too big and not too small, it lets you hold a nice amount of items such as a water bottle, cell phone, portable charger, light jacket, and so forth. When worn, you could even forget you have it on you because it fits so well with your body. When it comes to bags, it's always good to have options. I highly recommend this product!

Right to the point... this is a small lightweight backpack. I have been using it a few days a week when travelling. It doesn't have cushioning in the shoulder straps, so don't carry anything heavy or it could hurt your shoulders. The pockets are just right. I do not suggest carrying a water bottle in the front pouch since the "kangaroo" style pouch doesn't secure it very well. I carry a water bottle inside, along with a power bank, and my lightweight sweatshirt. I use the zipper pocket to carry Chapstick, napkins, and a paper notebook, pen, and highlighter. At the end of the day, it still wants to fold up very easily into it's original size. It would be an EXCELLENT buy if it were about $4 cheaper.

This is NOT the pack you take on a day or overnight trip. But awesome for short hikes where you just need to pack water, snack bars, and perhaps some survival gear. Very lightweight but sturdy and doesn't feel like it will rip under full load. I have also found this very useful for discretely carrying snacks into the movies and as a commuter bag, holding keys, phone, wallet, water, ear buds, gum, and other items that I need with me but that might otherwise weigh me down in my pockets. I wish I had this a few weeks earlier while at the Disney theme parks. Would have been a perfect alternative to my larger backpack (which wasn't nearly full).

You have to have Arnold Schwarzenegger’s shoulder width for this backpack’s straps to fit comfortably. Straps fall off my shoulders consistently, and since there’s no chest strap, they can’t be held in place. Adding the chest strap would solve the problem for petite people, so manufacturer, please take heed. I would have to sew one onto this to make it work, which I might do because the size and the theft-free pocket are perfect for walking around when traveling. I did find another brand that’s a similar size, has a theft-free pocket, AND a chest strap, so I might buy that one. Too bad I missed the return window for this one.

Great little backpack for travel. Used it for my carry on in plane and easily handled what I needed. With me.
