I'll start off by saying that this is a quality engine cover for the surron light bee. It is indeed genuine carbon fiber and much stronger and lighter than the original engine guard. The quality of the carbon fiber is quite good and it fits right into place where it should on my surron.My main issue with this product and all of the other funparts branded products is the logo. They embed their logo into the carbon fiber so that it can never be removed. I honestly think its a very ugly logo and I don't want it on my surron. If it was just a sticker on the outside, that wouldn't be a huge deal since its easily removable but this logo is baked into the clear coat. It cannot be removed without severely damaging the part. I ended up putting a little sticker over the logo so you can't see it anymore but that is not an ideal solution. I'm not sure why anyone would want to represent this brand on their bike. The logo really needs to be removable. Especially on such a high end carbon fiber part like this. It kinda hurts to put a sticker on such a nice part.Overall, this is a good part and is well made, but the logo is super ugly and is not removable. If you order this, you should be prepared to either live with the funparts logo, or put a sticker over it. This is very tacky branding by the manufacturer and should not be present on a performance part like this one. I can recommend this based on the performance but the branding really curbs my enthusiasm about this product.
