After having them for a few months, I can finally provide a review based on facts:Aesthetic: Amazing, probably the nicest switches you can buy.Installation: Easy if you already have a neutral wire. It's not a problem to install them, but some electrical knowledge is necessary.Functionality: Horrible. the switches struggle to maintain the connection, often losing it for any possible and impossible hiccup. This leads to the switch becoming most of the time unable to be controlled vocally and, on a few occasions, completely useless even when manually operated. In the four months since installing them, I've had to reset the switches to factory settings ten times and the app eight times, clearly resetting everything every single time

The media could not be loaded. OK it’s been six years since I retired and started to add smart devices to our home, the old dimmers and switches (as pictured) have started to fail completely or the LEDs went out. Browsing online for replacements and came across this Lanbon smart mesh Wi-Fi dimmer (as pictured).Very pleased to say easy to set up having read the instructions that came with it! works local manual and using google assistance for voice remote control, only down side so far is the mobile app is very slow and only gives the basics of operation (does not access inner menu's) and the PC access which is advertised on the Lanbon site is not there (well would not work for me.) If the issues as stated were not there it would have been a five-star review.Which is a shame as setting up all the parameters via a PC would be brilliant as big fingers on a LCD screen not good for me. This new addition will be tested for its longevity of use, before I try the Lanbon 1/2/3 gang smart switch as replacements for the house switch controls. Further review to follow when I have hope this has helped you if you’re thinking of installing this next generation of smart I/O.Update to Post:26/08/24Since I posted this review I would like to change my opinion on the statement about the APP above, having explored it further I have found the inner menu's to the device parameters who knew three little dots refer to overflow menu's I do now, having looked up on the net! I apologise to manufacture's of the dimmer, all I will say is make the icon's within the app a little larger for us oldies please eye sight not as good as it use to be :-).

These smart lights are brilliant. You do have to have a neutral wire first. Id definitely recommend!!!

Faulty and damaged looking for a refund. Very difficult to even find put how to get one.

Bought this as one of the few Alexa switches that specifically stated two -way compatible, electrician came round and installed the neutral wire, only to find out that this switch is in fact NOT compatible for two way circuit, despite explicitly stating so. Waste of money on professional fees /time can’t get back due to incorrectly reported specifics. Zero stars if I could.
