Q: What glue needs to be used for the repair patches? I tried super glue but it would not stick.

It has to be a thicker more pliable glue or epoxy. You can use an use air mattress repair kits or inflatable bounce house repair kits

Q: Do they all deflate so fast?

Don't know what you consider fast, but I would say no. My Granddaughter is in gymnastics so it is used regularly and she rarely needs to add air.

Q: Is there a weight limit?

I’m not aware of anything official, but my husband and I have both used it without any hint of comprimise
