Is this gluten free ?

Yes it's grain and gluten free. My dog loves it!

I have a very fussy small/medium dog, Encore dry food with lamb is one he likes. now I cannot get it anymore, Applaws looks the same, is it?

I am not familiar with Encore dry food but I am sure you will find Applaws a very good alternative. My little dog eats this and my medium dog has it mixed with his Renal Px Diet.
