Having applied Meubeline to a wooden item, can I then use tung oil or danish oil

Can this be used on glass thanks

Can you use this on plastic mirrors? Everything else I’ve used has scratched the surface.

Yes you can use this on plastic mirrors, simply follow the instructions on the bottle.

Does this leave any shine behind after cleaning, or do you follow-up with a spray polish?

I can't say for definite as I have used this mainly to clean make up marks off an mdf cupboard. Therefore there was no shine with that . However, I did apply the cleaner with one cloth and then wiped the cupboard down again after with a dry one - no polish used though. It was amazing at cleaning my kitchen cupboard doors too. I have several HG products, and they all give good results. Give it a try!
