Arrives in solid block
It arrived as large solid block too messy to cut chunks off when I bought flakes ,never had flakes arrive is this condition ever .will not buy again

Sobald man es öffnet ist alles schön flockig und Dosierbar.Qualität stimmt und die Schmelz Temperatur ist schön gering.Wachs ist auch sehr angenehm für die Haut.

Très déçu.
J'ai reçu le paquet de "flocons de cire" mais je n'ai eu qu'un flocon. La cire était en un bloc . Pour un enfant ce n'est pas évident.

Description erronée, la cire est en bloc et non en flocons, ce qui n'est vraiment pas facile à utiliser et le sachet n'est pas refermable.
