what kind of epson print is being use to print the dtf paper and can you put the dtf ink in the printer?

Most people are using the DTF as a hack using sublimation ink to print onto the DTF film. If you want to do an absolute DTF printer you can use an Epson XP 15000 and buy the DTF inks it has six cartridges so there's two cartridges for white and four for the regular colors. Also this is a film it's not really a paper.

Does this dtf film distinguish between front and back? or you can use both sides

Only one side of this DTF film can be used, the rougher side is the front side and the smooth side is the back side.

can you this film with a sublimation printer?

You can if you are trying the dtf hack but it jammed in my printer and it broke. I wouldn’t recommend.
