Amazing Aftermarket Part
This thermostat and housing assembly is 100 times better than the OEM one. It's built solid, machined perfectly and it foxed the Check Engine code issue. I do recommend getting the Throttle Body Inlet Heater Pipe Hose 25192905 Fit 2011-2018 Chevy Cruze Sonic 1.8L 1.6L as well, as it WILL break off inside the old thermostat housing. I recommend this product 100%!

Better than original
Direct bolt up on 2012 Chevy Sonic 1.8. Much better quality than the original plastic one I removed. No leaks and working great.

The heat on the car heater come faster as it never been since i bought this car new. Perfect fit. Dont forget to buy the oring for the lower front hose, its not included.

Leaks
This thing started leaking after a few months. The reservoir needs to be topped up weekly. Replacing it soon.
