I have bought Mack’s silicone ear plugs for years. I first started when I worked night shifts.I am such a light sleeper, so having the best ear plugs for me is non negotiable.These silicone plugs are a bit different to most, these are bigger, a lot softer, so not harsh in my ears. The stick lasts a long time before wearing off. Once it does wear off, this is the time they need disposing off or before if they are dirty.These do not hurt my ears at all and fill the outer ear perfect.I’ve used these ear plugs to block out my husband’s snoring also.Please follow instruction's carefully, to ensure a perfect fit, and not down the ear canal as that is dangerous.A perfect nights sleepHighly recommend

I feel like I have tried all the ear plugs out there. As someone who struggles with insomnia I do everything I can to stay asleep once I get there. These are my go to brand for earplugs. Best noise reduction, they stay in my ears more easily and they don't create that strange 'pressure' build up I often find I get with other ear plugs with decent sound reduction. I used to often wake up with sore ears due to the pressure, but it no longer a problem now I use these. The 'stickiness' lasts a long time as well, meaning you can reuse them so they are a good value option. Will be buying again.

I've tried lots of different earplugs to sleep in and they all end up hurting my ears throughout the night. I had a lovely peaceful sleep last night with these, and wasn't dying to take them out in the morning.

Effective at reducing noise, comfortable and I found them easy to fit. Not particularly hygienically packaged - just a slip of cellophane over the top and did get my hair stuck a little. Although I will buy again because they are better than others I have used.

Bought whilst having treatment for ear infection, Dr advice to keep ear as dry as possible when bathing.Amazing results with these, kept water to bare minimum, easy to shape & place into the ear. V impressed with how well they worked.

The best size and consistency of silicone you can find anywhere really. Tried it once, won't try any others again.
