The product itself works great for us. The only complaint that we have is that after a year the adapter cord is not connecting to the parent unit correctly anymore. The unit or cable has to be in some specific angle to be able to charge and the slightest movement disconnects the charge which is really annoying. I couldn't even find a way to contact the seller to see if we can get a replacement cord or unit. Luckily, you can use a standard phone charger.

Great product. Have had for over 5 years and only a has lost signal few times. Maybe a neighbor with a similar device. Still working great. Would recommend.

The handheld monitor dies after a few months and you can not just order that without the camera. No reason for it to die it was not dropped. It just ‘lost signal’ and would not turn off.The beeping would not stop so I literally had to throw it outside so it wouldn’t wake everyone up.

Very cheap made, screen pauses alot, and all around crappy, invest in the few dollars for a better one.

I've hated this monitor from the beginning... It loses battery charge after 5 minutes and wakes me up all-night long beeping cause it loses signal every 15 minutes 😐

The night vision I’ll give you. It really is great. That’s about where the functionality ends. The battery life is a joke. You have to keep it plugged in ALL the time but the cord never stays connected to the parent unit. You put it down thinking it’s charging and sure enough the cord moves somehow and then it starts beeping that it’s not charged/charging. Also, for seemingly no reason at all, the parent unit will randomly have no connection to the unit in the nursery. So it makes this god awful beeping sound that will wake you from a dead sleep. Also, the visibility is a limited. If my daughter moves to either far side of the crib we can’t see her and have no idea what she’s doing. We’ve been using this thing for 19 months now. Yesterday she got her hands on the monitor and threw it across her room. It didn’t fully break but the kickstand broke off the back. I’m using that as my justification to throw this one away and finally buy a decent monitor.
