Product arrived in a small box. Overall it meets my needs. My daughters have been using it as a springboard to practice, I maybe should have gotten a longer version but the width is enough to make it safe and usable. It has been inflated for a week and has not lost any air. They have been rough this it also, and it’s held up fine.The pump is nice, has a lot of adapters so it can be used for other things.Wish it would have had a pressure gauge on it, but I’ll just buy one as I don’t want to underfill or overfill there mat. A pressure gauge in the pump would have solved this, but I guess at least a pump was included.Color is nice, and the Velcro is a nice addition. I’ll probably also end up using this as part of the pacing under a horizontal climbing wall in my basement.Updated to 5 stars:Company reached out and took care of my issues. Great product overall.

Easy to inflate and the pump is sturdy. Thick material and has done give with a nice bounce. Perfect for inside or out. Expensive but worth it for the quality. Little big for storing in a small area.

I have two gymnast daughters. They regularly use this blow up mat. Its large and always in peoples walking paths, so it gets stepped on frequently. It's also been used by many cousins that come over and jump around on it. Even after all this use, there hasn't been a single problem with it. I have to fill it up with air once every month or so, but that's the only maintenance.Highly recommend if you have the space for it.

This air track was a gift to my daughter for Christmas as she had been asking for one. She has the 10’ version which works beautifully. She received the 20’ for Christmas. Unfortunately the seal to keep the air in does not properly seal and loses air as soon as the air pump is taken out of the track. I’m hoping it’s a lemon because these are not cheap!

We've had this blown up for about a month and now it seems like it could use some more air, but not very obvious. Seems to hold the air well even with my kids jumping on it daily. Feels nice and has a good bounce.

Product worked great and kids loved it… then it stopped holding air… there are no holes in the mat itself but is leaking out the air pump valve. I’ve tried to to tighten the cap but still won’t hold air.

Customer service was great and sent us a new pump. Now that my daughter has been able to try it, she is always tumbling. I also see my 15 year old son jumping as well.The mat itself seems great but the cheap pump they send with it does not work. Ours turned on for about 1 minute and then shut off and would not turn back on. For the price I paid, the pump should work. Our daughter has not got to test it out as I now have to look for a new pump.

My daughter loves this, she is on it all the time, super easy to blow up and very durable, definitely worth the money
