The shark app is very easy to learn, to use and very helpful in managing your cleaning. Also the vacuum itself does an exceptional job and worth every cent of cost. It’s great to wake up in the mornings with clean floors waiting for you.

It works great for 2 days. For mapping support, however, it does not support multiple floors, so if you have an upstair/downstair, it is useless. On the 3rd day it would not move with error "Please make sure my bumper is moving freely - Error 6" and stop working totally. We went through the troubleshooting video, reset the robot, restart, ... - but cannot clear the error. There is no instruction/guide on this error 6 ....

This vacuum mop is awesome. I am able to use my phone to schedule. I can label the rooms and tell it where to clean. I can ask it clean more intensely in certain areas. Super helpful around the house. It is quite loud. Battery life isn’t super long but it’s able to clean my entire house and return to the dock to resume charging.

I love this machine. I live in a very dusty environment with one large long-haired dog. My work requires that I am away from the house (about 1200 sq ') for a week at a time. Whenever I would return, the 1st thing I would notice is all the dog hair under the kitchen table, grit on the floor and on my socks and feet. It was overwhelming and I would put off mopping until I addressed the stuff floating around on the floor. Once I started running the Matrix that all my cleaning anxiety went away. It was easy to download and use the app. I found the mapping fairly accurate and easy to select just a room or schedule running while the dog and I are out. It still bugs him but it's worth the dog anxiety to keep his fluff picked up. I have not used the mop and may not since it's even enough now to run the robot vacuum and then do a quick mop.This robot runs on luxury vinyl and carpet. It also get onto corners and does not bump into my furniture. I have watched it run and it does as good a job, if not better as I could with a broom on the vinyl. Overall, I am very pleased with the machine and would recommend it if you have an open living floor plan and few obstacles. It did get stuck a couple of times tryng to get behind the couch but typically it runs for about 90 minutes, empties itself and return to the dock with no issues. I did watch for a good price on a refurbshed model during the holidays. Absolutely no regrets in spending the bucks on this one.

I'm still setting this up but I know Shark is a great brand. The package did not come with mop pads or side brushes.

This thing works like a dream! It cleans the floors spotless! We have only used it on tile floors and we love the results. We have 2 cats and it gets all the fur and spilled litter up, no more endless sweeping! It takes a couple times for the robot to map your house, but once it does, it works amazing! And the mopping feature is so cool. If there is a spot on the floor that didn't come clean, it automatically goes back over the spot!

nice concept but poor execution.. the mop part get disgusting, the wet stagnant water just sits there, gets moldy in the humid states. wish shark would up their game like Narwal brand and have the mop part self cleaning too..The shark gets dumber the more you use it too, forgets where its at, cant find the bade that hasnt moved since day one. and the brush roller gets stuck on every cycle.

Seller is impossible to work with and wouldn't refund item since we didn't have original box. Vacuum wouldn't even charge. Wasn't able to use it at all.
