Excellent Customer Service
I purchased 6 of these ties for the men in my family to wear to my brother-in-law's funeral. He was a huge Superman fan and we will all be wearing something Superman-themed in his memory and honor. The estimated arrival date was the day before his funeral (which had us a little anxious), so I proactively reached out to Cufflinks to let them know that shipping times were critical and why. By the next morning (which was over a weekend), they had responded to my message letting me know they would be in touch with their warehouse. They ended up overnighting the ties to me along with a lovely note of condolences. Cufflinks went above and beyond and we are grateful for their care and concern. As for the ties, they are lovely. They are fun, yet subtle, and just right given our occasion. Thank you to the Cufflinks team.
