The pictures and info specific to my region were very helpful in planning

Overall the book was a useful guide.My only complaint - was the plants we're drawings and not actual pictures. It's harder to identify the plants when they are not actually pictures.But overall the book is still excellent.

This book is well laid out. Excellent diagrams, pictures and instructions. It truly does not miss a step in the entire process from planning to buying and planting. Excellent glossary!

Good book-but it's not that much diff that precious years release of the same book

Found exactly what we needed

My gardener wife says it is useful for planning gardens for clients.

The book is very nice, includes some good information about garden layouts and certain plants. It does mention “sticking to native plants” but doesn’t include many natives or much information on plants good for pollinators. I was hoping for more of those.
