I got the Elite 6ft Muay Thai bag because I needed something to kick besides my life choices—and it did not disappoint. It’s tall, tough, and ready to take a beating. The outside feels like real leather, the stitching is solid (like, "survives your rage kicks" solid), and it looks like it’ll last me through many sweaty training sessions and emotional breakdowns. Heads up: you fill the bag yourself. So prepare to wrestle it like a wild animal while stuffing it full of clothes, rags, sandbags, or the hopes and dreams you gave up in 2020. But once it’s filled, it’s heavy in all the right ways and barely moves when you let loose on it. Solid. It also comes with some random goodies. The gloves? Eh—they're not winning any awards, but they’ll do for light home workouts or pretending you’re in a training montage. The jump rope’s decent, and the slip balls are a fun way to train head movement and avoid imaginary punches from your imaginary enemies. The phone holder that wraps around the bag is surprisingly handy for timing rounds or watching training videos while you sweat out your regrets. Bottom line: the bag is a beast, and everything else is just fun bonus flair. Totally worth it if you’re training at home and want something to kick that kicks back (metaphorically… for now).

And let’s talk about the bag. It’s no featherweight; at 6ft it takes a bit more stuffing so grab a few extra towels and be ready for a long round! The bag has markings for Head & Body punches/Kicks giving your movements purpose not just blindly swinging your hands The set also comes with standard hand wraps but there isn’t much room to slack on quality; wraps are wraps…thats a wrap! The jump rope included is top-notch – weighted with bearings so it spins quickly; no rope-a-dope here, just pure, seamless jumping action to get your heart rate up. The big problem with boxing/kickboxing is getting training; this bag includes a phone holder and strap so you can have your online instructional playing continuously as you train. If you’re on the ropes about whether to buy this set, don’t be; even the accessories have accessories. It came with 2x reflex balls that will train your punches quick to have quick punches. It’s a total hit and worth every penny. The Elite Sports Muay Thai Bag will have you hooked from the first punch. It’s a real uppercut to boring workouts, and I guarantee it will pack a punch to your fitness routine. I can't believe how much you get for the price here. On top of that, the quality of what you get appears to be quite high. I have no formal training, never taken a kickboxing class or formal martial arts training, so I have nothing to compare this against, but I do have experience in manufacturing and can tell these folks pay attention to their quality. The bag itself is very heavy duty vinyl, the hanging straps appear to be the same heavy duty seat belt material seen in cars. The included hanging hardware is made of painted steel and heavy lag bolts (plus drywall anchors, though this should probably be hanged from a ceiling joist or similar. There's also a steel loop on the bottom, I assume for attacking a weight or to secure it to the floor or something. The bag and hanging hardware itself would have been worth what I paid but that's just the beginning. Also included are knee sleeves, wrist wraps, a phone case that straps around the bag, and even my own pair of boxing gloves! It also includes a jump rope that's higher quality than anything I had in high school, and even this fun little training ball on a string with a headband (be careful if you're a beginner like me, the ball can (and will!) come back and hit you in the face if you aren't careful lol. All part of the fun! I am blown away by the quality and value of this kit. I would not hesitate to purchase this again. What you get for the money simply can't be beat. One final note - the 6 foot bag becomes is closer to 6.5 feet once it's attached to the ceiling. Be sure your ceiling is actually tall enough! I have 7 foot ceilings in my basement and the filled bag hangs only about 6 inches off the floor.
