I have attempted many times to get a refund but Amazon comment keeps appearing saying I am not eligible gif a refund!!! Daylight robbery when the fault is of the seller. I also contacted seller and they advised to use a converter as tge item is US product 110/120v I have tried several and different plug sockets of mine yet it still is not working I live in Dubai & bought a relevant Transformer for the appliance 110/120v (US) - 210/220v (Dubai) as advised by a qualified electrician and if still did not work. It’s a shame as the appliance looks good, a great capacity for what i required.

This toaster-oven-air fryer is really nice. I had a few other oven like this from other manufacturers and none of them produced the quality of toast this one is producing! The dual oven setting is really great and make usage is perfect. The air fryer is big and convenient and produce crispy food. The warmup is pretty fast. Operating the oven is a little bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straightforward. The cons : It could be a little larger as a 13 inches pizza sheet pan won't fit in. Also, it is alittle noisy compared to others I had. The lower oven could have 2 more height setting for the rack for better convenience. So I really recommend this oven, the best I've owned up to now.

I really like the look of this Ninja toaster oven/air fryer. I haven't used it alot yet but it cooks things pretty fast. The toast I put on #2 no matter how many slices bc when I do a higher number, it burnt my toast. However,the performance is great! I made meatloaf on conv.oven, 400 for 40 minutes (in a bread pan and covered with foil) and it came out so moist and the taste was amazing! My flounder came out great cooking in this oven too. We did chicken legs on air fryer and boy, moist ,tender and very tasty. They all came out better than using my big oven. It's easy to understand and MUCH easier to clean then my other toaster oven/air fryer. I can't wait to cook more food in this little oven. The knobs on mine don't get hot to the touch like some people said on the reviews but the top of it gets hot but so did all my other ones. When I use the top it is a little noisy but not bad enough to send back. When using the bottom it is very quiet. All in all, I am VERY HAPPY and EXCITED of this toaster oven/air fryer. Let's don't forget that by using this toaster oven/air fryer instead of our big oven, it saves on our electric bill to. A win,win with this and worth every penny. I got mine on sale on Amazon. They had the exact same one at Kohl's for $350.00. You will NOT be disappointed in this Ninja toaster oven/air fryer. P.S. I haven't used the top/ bottom at the same time yet, but can't wait to try it. The PERFORMANCE is AWESOME. A MUST BUY

I looooove my Ninja double oven. I haven't used every feature yet, but plan to test them all. Getting used to the different functions of the DO vs a standard oven, countertop toaster, or air fryer will take some getting used to. I also have one of the Ninja Foodie Blenders. Love it too! I love the Ninja products. What I fear is they will eventually turn out like every other brand. They'll skimp a little here, cut corners there, all in the name of greed. And it is us, the consumers, who will suffer. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen. I've had my double oven for a few months and my blender for a couple years. Neither has caused any frustration or irritation, no broken parts or failures. I don't use my blender for much so it's not as well used as my double oven. Living in a hot and economically low area, running my double oven vs a standard oven has been a life saver. It still generates heat, but my a/c doesn't struggle so badly. I love the versatility of the 13 in 1 (or 12 in 1?). I can cook anything I would in a standard oven (less a whole turkey), just in smaller batches. I use the bake and reheat functions most. The pizza reheat is my favorite. It reheats pizza, often, better than the way the pizza was delivered. I can a full size personal pizza from my grocery store in either top or bottom. A quick-ish snack on a busy or lazy day. Highly highly recommend!!!
