UK Mains 12V 1500mA Switching Power Supply for SO18RM1200150 BT Home Hub 4 & 5

So this item does the job, it is compatible with the Home Hub 4 that I have.However, the description is misleading, because the picture they use shows a genuine BT adapter, you can see the logo on the adapter.The one they send you is a me-too copy. Even the jack is a fudge, the actual jack does not fit the Home Hub 4 so they have bundled an adapter jack to make it fit.I didn’t send it back, because the product works, but it’s not strictly what the picture shows.

The cable I got with my BT home Hub had broken so I looked on the Amazon for a replacement, I found the one I needed for a lot less than BT would have charged and it was delivered very quickly. I am very pleased with the product as it does the job it is intended to do.
