Shoulders feel great
Between this pillow and a knee pillow it really keeps me aligned. Using this pillow makes a big difference in my shoulders. They feel open, spacious and my arms are really comfortable too. Great purchase.

Perfect for side sleeping
I always sleep on my side and at the bottom of a normal pillow. I was sleeping bad and getting a crick in my neck from sleeping wrong. I bought a couple different pillows trying to figure out what would help. This pillow is perfect. I love it so much I was worried I’d sleep wrong on vacation so I packed it. When I’m sleeping a I roll the pillow rotates with my neck so I stay on the pillow and sleep good.

well made but too small
I am 6' and the long section is too short to hug. However they are well made - for a shorter person

great head position, hard surface
I really like how this enables me to side sleep without shoulder or neck pain. My only gripes are that (1) I wish the surface was softer, and (2) my pillowcases don't really fit it.
