Great heating pads
I bought two of these for my arms. I have severe tendonitis in both elbows. They work great to help ease the pain. It has three heat levels. All work very well. The high heat is definitely hot, so be aware when using on high. The size is adjustable for comfort. I have fat biceps and they fit nicely. I definitely recommend these.

Heated arm band
So far it’s wonderful. It’s the inside of my right arm at elbow. Nothing has helped. Tendentious ( golfer or tennis elbow 🥺 convenient an comfortable. Highly recommend

Extremely disappointed and will be returning both. One unit got moderately warm set on the highest setting. The other unit didnt even achieve moderate warmth. Waste of money. My guess is the small amount of current to these is not sufficient to produce much heat. Would not recommend to anyone.
