Yes, it does increase the pH but there are no solid evidence that this is natural. I observed deposition of white powder around the nozzle which is similar to artificial miniral drops too. So will not buy again considering the price and quality.

They never tell us during advertising that Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) is also a key ingredient of the mixture. The fact revealed only after the product reach you. Water leakage from the bottle is also an issue. It would be better to use a pinch of Sodium bicarbonate (commonly known as baking soda) for the same result which is 100 times cheaper than this product.
